1. We are new to this lifestyle, can we pay entrance to the club only?

Entrance to the Eyz Wide Shut Nightclub and Playrooms are separate. If you only purchase entrance to the Nightclub, you will later have to purchase the additional FULL ACCESS membership and entrance fee to enter the playrooms area.

2. What is your age requirement and how do I pay?

The minimum age for entry is 21, you pay for all tickets at the door unless we have a special event with online ticketing available. The front desk and retail areas do accept major credit cards, but the bar is cash only.

3. How do I dress when I visit Eyz Wide Shut?

Always dress to impress. Sexy clothing for women and handsome attire for men is always appropriate. Eyz Wide Shut has a dress code which is explained on the dress code page.

4. Do you have theme parties and do I have to participate to attend? What about private parties/events or birthdays?

Yes! We have theme nights most Friday and Saturday nights but you do NOT have to dress in theme to participate. Its just for fun! Some events are decorated to the theme, some are not. We want you to come and enjoy your night so just dress to impress, in theme or not! Not everyone participates and many people come in without even knowing what the theme is.

Contact us for your birthday, bachelor/bachelorette party or any celebration. Please note that if we are holding a table for your party or the VIP area, we will only hold it with advanced notice and your party must arrive by 9pm. We do allow outside cake and decorations, but you must clean up after your guests and remove your items before leaving for the night.

5. Do I need to bring my own alcohol?

No, we are a fully licensed liquor bar. This is not a bottle club. No alcohol consumption is allowed in our parking lot.

6. Are the club and playrooms facility legal?

Yes, we are a perfectly legal and licensed establishment. We are licensed as an “Adult Encounter Center” under Hillsborough County “adult ordinance” guidelines. We also have a state of Florida approved “playrooms facility” license. We have been inspected by all state agencies and local municipalities.

7. What is included free of charge at EWS?

Complimentary use of lodging theme rooms, try out as many as you like, subject to availability. (Full access members).
Sex furniture
Pool tables, air hockey games, dart boards, shuffleboard, jenga, arcade machines
Mailboxes to store your keys and phones and lockers, but you do need to provide your own lock
Towels, pillowcases and sheets
Selfie stations and 360 photo machine, when available
Shampoo, body wash and conditioner are free of charge in the showers

8. What is included in a membership?
          EYZ full access membership provides you access to 10 private rooms, 2 large group rooms, the group dungeon, showers, lockers, changing areas
as well as entry to the nightclub/bar. Memberships come in 30 day or 1 year increments. We also have a platinum annual which is 100% free
entry for all nights that we are open, with no blackout dates.

9. Will we feel uncomfortable?

Never enter into anything that you aren’t both totally comfortable with. Eyz Wide Shut is meant to be an enjoyable experience. Swinging is not for everyone although we hope you find our club to be friendly and comfortable place to be. We have many people that come just to play pool or enjoy the music, many vanilla and BDSM customers also partake at EYZ Wide Shut so there are people of all lifestyles involved.
Always remember to try to make friends and have no expectations and you will always have fun.

10. Is Eyz Wide Shut private?

At Eyz Wide Shut, our members’ privacy is first and foremost. At no time do we share any information with any person or organization. There are no cell phones, cameras or any other type of recording device allowed inside the lodging side, this includes smart watches and meta glasses.

11. I’m single. Will I feel out of place?

If you’re respectful and friendly, the answer to this question is no. Even if you’re a single lady, you won’t be intimidated by Eyz Wide Shut. One of the greatest compliments we receive is how Eyz Wide Shut is so much better than regular night clubs, because our members are so friendly and respectful of everyone. Our staff is always available to ensure that anyone who might pose a potential discomfort is quickly dealt with. We have NO tolerance for bad behavior. Please see a security guard if you experience any problems and we will handle the situation as deemed appropriate.

12. Are single males allowed in the group rooms (lodging side)?

No, single males are not allowed in the group rooms. If you have a couples or throuples band on, you must have a partner to enter the group room. No male can enter without a female escorting him and he must stay with that female to be in the group rooms, with the exclusion of the group dungeon and Pride nights.

13. I think I left something there. Do you have a lost & found? What if something was stolen?

if feel you may have left something behind. Usually for driver’s license, we mail it to the address on the driver’s license with a return address of our billing office. There is no mention of Eyz Wide Shut on the return address. We respect your privacy. Items are held for 90 days before taken to Goodwill or disposed of.  – Please keep in mind, EYZ Wide Shut is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We highly encourage you to lock your items up in lockers or keep them in your car. All staff areas are on CCTV and recorded, so cell phone lockers will always be watched and monitored and no one has access except the security at the desk, so they will always be in good hands.

14. Who can I contact to plan a party at EWS?

Contact us for your birthday, bachelor/bachelorette party or any celebration. Please note that if we are holding a table for your party or the VIP area, we will only hold it with advanced notice and your party must arrive by 12am. We do allow outside cake and decorations, but you must clean up after your guests and remove your items before leaving for the night.  The entire building (both nightclub and playrooms) can be rented out Sunday-Thursdays for $3000 which includes housekeeping, security and bartender staff. DJ and Alcohol are extra. VIP can be reserved for $100 and a booth/table can be reserved for $25. There are NO REFUNDS given for late arrivals, cancellations.  Reservations must be paid 48 hours prior to your event. Email EYZWideShutInfo@Gmail.com for more information.

15. What are your parking options and how much does it cost?

Parking is free! We have a very large property – you can park anywhere on the front or West side of the building. The East side of the building is blocked off for plaza tenant use. The parking lot is very well lit and we do have security on property throughout the night. If you ever feel like you are unsure about walking out to your car late at night, just let us know and we are happy to send a security guard out with you!

16. What are our payment options?

We are a cash only bar, so bring cash with you or you can use one of our two ATMS – one is located in the lobby and one is located inside of the nightclub. We do accept credit card or debit card at the front desk and at our vending machines.
